Hired as a receptionist; within 3 months promoted to officer manager; subsequently tapped for a dual role as project coordinator. Spearheaded studio’s day-to-day operations: purchasing, benefits coordination, billing and invoicing, scheduling and payroll, I.T. maintenance for Mac server and 15 stations, and website maintenance. Gained a strong foundation in motion graphics project management.
Project Management. Contributed to the success of key projects for LA TAP nonprofit spot and Visa’s Superbowl commercial.
